The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
Recruiting and developing strong relationships with physicians and medical clinics through in-person visits, education, communication materials and social networking.
This is a FIELD role - you will be out in the field meeting and greeting with physicians and their teams.
Duties include:
Recruit new physicians as referral partners
Educate physicians and associated clinic staff on the importance of home sleep apnea testing and CPAP therapy
Organize meetings, presentations, events in order to maximize new referrals
Collaborate with others in the organization to develop and implement communication materials related to the recruitment of physicians and of patients
Develop close relationships with other departments to ensure smooth execution of the referral process; attend meetings as required
Guide external referring office MOAs on the usage of Mainland Sleep Referral forms
Report on accountability data related to physician recruitment and patient referrals
Manage social networking accounts

Create and maintain accurate records of all interaction with physicians and healthcare professionals and provide them to the VP, Quality and Communication on a regularly scheduled basis
Increase patient referrals for Level III studies to achieve targets set out by the CEO

Increase physician referral pool
Lead and contribute to the bi-monthly newsletter
Lead and contribute to monthly social networking strategies
Prepare a quarterly strategic plan
Prepare and lead organizational education activities
Required credentials and experience:
1 to 2 years of previous marketing and sales experience, preferably in the medical field
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
Valid BC Drivers License
Wage will be dependent upon experience.
Bonus structure of up to $30,000/year when meeting certain KPI'S.
