Medical Receptionist
Job Description
Here we grow again! With the opening of our second location we are needing to add another team member! Excellent PART-TIME opportunity for a mature individual within a fast paced, high profile natural health practice. Located in Brooklin. No medical experience required, but natural health care interest and experience is an asset. Customer service industry experience is also an asset. Position includes an upbeat, energetic work environment, with approximately 15-20 hours per week. Looking for someone with flexibility to work daytime and evening shifts. Must be able to work at least 2 Saturdays a month. Roles and Responsibilities
- Greeting patients cordially and professionally
- Answering all incoming phone calls and email inquires
- Schedule patient appointments accurately
- Collecting payments and billing to insurance
- Assisting the doctor in clinical procedures
- Cleaning tasks for COVID-19 procedures, and protocols for during shift and end of day
- Keeping the office organized and professional.
- Experience with JANE booking system
- Positive energy, outgoing personality,
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Great work ethic
- Punctuality and flexibility a must
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and multi-task in a very busy office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Focused and disciplined job-first priority
- Comfortable collecting fees.
Part-time hours: 20 per week Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
