Join the Heartbeat of Our Clinic - Relief Medical Receptionist

We're looking for a flexible, confident professional who can jump into any office, keep things running smoothly, and make patients feel at ease. No two days are the same--and that's exactly how you like it.

What You'll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers in Action):

Float between departments and clinics as needed--sometimes even switching locations mid-day. Greet patients in person and on the phone with warmth and professionalism. Keep the front desk running smoothly: schedule appointments, update records, and manage patient flow. Use your tech skills to navigate EMRs like Accuro, OHIP billing systems, and even EPIC (bonus points if you've used them before). Support technicians by rooming patients and performing tests (yes, you'll get your steps in!). Keep things organized behind the scenes--mail, faxes, laundry, supply orders, and more. Be the calm voice and steady hand during emergencies or high-pressure moments. Maintain strict confidentiality and patient dignity at all times (because trust is everything).

What We're Looking For:

A diploma or certificate in Medical Office Assisting, Hospital Ward Clerk, or equivalent experience. Experience with OHIP billing, Accuro, and EPIC is a big plus. Strong communication skills--both written and verbal. A flexible, can-do attitude with excellent time management and attention to detail. Comfort with computers and office tech. Professionalism, compassion, and a team-first mindset.

The Schedule:

You'll need to be available for any combination of shifts between:

Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 8 PM Saturday & Sunday: 9 AM - 1 PM
