We are in search of medical receptionist who has experience in ACCURO EMR and can administer FP and walk-in clinic independently.Position
Part-time position (average 20-30 hrs/wk), starting ASAP.Starting $17-18.00 per hourHours: weekday mornings, afternoons and/or eveningsClinic Details
Open Mondays to SaturdaysMultiline Phone SystemACCURO EMR SystemMain responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- scheduling appointments
- greeting and registering patients
- making and receiving telephone calls (multi line phone system)
- processing specialist referrals- filing, faxing, emailing and scanning- assisting doctors during minor procedures- invoicing and processing payment to third parties
- accounts receivable monitoring, initiating collections
- ordering vaccines from Halton Region- Maintaining/Ordering office supplies inventory- following all COVID-19 protocols (sanitizing, cleaning, screening patients etc).Qualifications- Medical Office Assistant Course completed required- Must be fluent in English and be able to speak clearly.- excellent English communication skills
- pleasant telephone manner
- must possess an excellent knowledge of internet and keyboarding
- 2 years ACCURO EMR required- previous medical office experience requiredApplication InstructionsSchedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availabilityCOVID-19 considerations: Masks required. Patients are screened before entering the clinic. Sanitizing exam rooms between patients. Hand sanitizers on site.Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
