We are seeking a reliable and organized Weekend Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth front desk operations during weekend hours. The ideal candidate will possess strong office skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with various administrative tools. Responsibilities



Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, providing excellent customer service Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other office software Handle filing, document proofreading, and general administrative tasks to support office operations Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic financial record keeping as needed Support patient or client inquiries via phone or in person, ensuring a positive experience Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functional Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during weekend hours

Requirements



Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software like QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading and filing tasks Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously Experience with medical or dental office procedures is a plus but not required Strong typing skills with the ability to perform accurate data entry quickly Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in bookkeeping or basic financial record keeping is desirable Availability to work on weekends with reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Work Location: In person
