They should be comfortable with basic computing along with some form of medical billing and booking software and will become proficient in teh use of the Juvonno platform. The successful candidate with be working with our full time Office Administrator as well as the clinical team with a variety of clerical and front reception duties.Responsibilities include but are not limited to welcoming and checking in patients, booking appointments, answering phones, calling patient or sending e-mails, third-party billing, processing payments from clients, scanning and faxing paper records, and communicating with other health professionals' offices. Additional duties may include folding clinic laundry, surface cleaning per COVID protocols, collecting refuse and recycling. Other duties will be included on an as-needed basis.The successful candidate must also be available to occasionally work full time to cover illness and vacation time for our full time office administrator.Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18-25 per weekSalary: $17.00-$18.00 per hourSchedule:
