TheKey is actively seeking reliable, compassionate, and empathetic professionals to join our team as caregivers. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to deliver premium, in-home care to senior individuals, allowing them to safely and comfortably age in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do:


For this position, you will oversea the clients food preparation and planning, scheduling (property and medical), and medication.
The employee should be able to work under pressure, address any changes, and plan ahead.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Ability to communicate directly with our care management team at the head office. Food preparation and cooking Scheduling PABs, personal and medical appointments, and house workers. Medication reminders

Required Skills, Education, and Certifications:


Organized Driver Ability to pass a background check References from past employers, colleagues, and acquaintances French and English Previously experince as a PAB, LPN, or RN CPR

Preferred Skills, Education, and Certifications:


Experience (preferred, but not required)

Physical Requirements:


Ability to reliably travel to client homes and office location(s) Ability to safely perform client transfers with weight-bearing requirements, contingent upon client condition and needs * Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday
