Restore Rehab and Wellness clinic is seeking a bright, positive and hardworking individual for a
full-time position
as aMedical Office Assistant
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Wage: $23 hourly
Qualifications:
Completion of MOA certification course Minimum of 1 year of MOA experience in a clinic setting Excellent written and spoken English Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively Professional phone manner Strong customer service orientation Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills Team player with a collaborative mindset Comfortable using computers and learning new software programs Flexibility to work early morning, evening, and/or weekend shifts
Overview of Basic Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service Book and modify appointments as needed Accurately enter data into the system Answer phone and email inquiries in a timely manner Bill patients for extended health benefits through specific portals Process payments and handle cash-outs Clean and fold laundry for treatment rooms Perform other duties as assigned
