About Us:



Victara is seeking a dedicated & professional Medical Office Assistant (MOA)/ Medical Aesthetician Support to join a urology practice located at SAIU. This is a permanent position with opportunities for growth, combining traditional MOA responsibilities with medical aesthetics.

We are looking for a friendly, energetic individual who is passionate about delivering compassionate, efficient and professional care. The successful candidate will be organized and adaptable, working under the guidance of our senior MOAs to ensure smooth clinic operations. In addition to administrative responsibilities, they will also have the opportunity to perform energy-based treatments, educate patients on additional services and contribute to clinic initiatives that promote wellness & growth.

Core MOA Responsibilities



Receptionist- Welcome patients & manage front desk reception Answering phones & handle patient inquiries Collect & confirm demographic info and email address Check in and check out patients, process payments, and schedule appointments Make reminder & confirmation calls Enter referrals and patient data into EMR system Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence Stock examinations rooms and ensure clinic readiness Assist in light cleaning and general clinic upkeep

Additional Responsibilities



Opportunity to perform a variety of energy-based treatments in accordance with clinic protocols Proactively promote treatments and additional services to maximize patient outcomes and clinic revenue Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns and initiatives Education patients on treatment benefits, pre/post care and ongoing strategies

Qualifications

:

Previous experience in a medical office environment or as an MOA, preferred Experience using Microsoft 365 & associated applications Strong organizational skills, attention to detail & ability to multitask Effective problem solving & decision-making abilities Previous experience using ACCURO EMR is an asset Knowledge of AHS billing & scheduling processes an asset Experience or education as a medical or aesthetic technician in a clinical setting is a strong advantage Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial and results-oriented Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, professional demeanor Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Comfortable with technology- forward clinic environment, open to learning and adapting to new digital tools & processes
