Stouffville Joint Venture Physiotherapy is looking for an energetic and experienced part time clinic administrator to provide a professional and positive impact when working with patients in a busy multi-disciplinary clinic.
Position Summary:
The Clinic Administrator collaborates with clinicians, physicians and other healthcare disciplines, has a drive to achieve success in administrative excellence, and ensures high quality customer service for our patients. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to effectively multi-task, and be able to adapt to change to continuously learn and strive for improved patient care.
What you would do:
Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments and organize patient charts.
Answer patients' queries and ensure quality customer service.
Coordinate a detailed and accurate patient intake and support them in filling medical forms to avoid errors and inaccurate information.
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of patient interactions and transactions.
Ensure optimal patient care by suggesting additional services or products as indicated, and in the patient's best interest.
