Position Duties:
  • Schedule appointments using EMR (Juvonno)
  • Respond to all patient inquiries including email, phone calls, voicemail
  • Administrative tasks like faxing and scanning
  • Patient facing: Greeting, checking in patients, health card verification
  • Measure blood pressure and weight (experience not required)
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, including restocking/reordering of supplies
  • Maintain exam rooms and sterilization/cleaning of instruments
  • Coordinating billing, including invoicing, payment processing and insurance e-claims
  • Create financial reports as required.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Schedule patient consultations and appointments, create patient charts, manage patient EMRs, check patients in and out, billing, direct patient flow.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Customer service experience is an asset.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and enjoys interacting with people.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
  • Must be highly organized, adaptable, professional, and a team player.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Permanent, Apprenticeship Salary: $16.00-$22.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations:
