Medical Office Admin

to join our team. We are a Family Medical and Walk-in Clinic offering comprehensive care to the Calgary community.

Location Flexibility:

The successful candidate must be able to work at either of our two locations:

Copperfield

(SE Calgary)

Legacy

(SE Calgary)

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma in Medical Office Assistant - (preferred; may be waived based on experience and skills) Exceptional phone etiquette and strong call-handling skills Proficiency with

Med Access EMR

Availability to work weekdays and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to:

Greeting and registering patients Scheduling appointments and managing calendars Coordinating with physicians and allied health professionals Processing billing and health claims Handling confidential medical records and documentation Responding to phone and email inquiries professionally
