Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate

Medical Esthetician

with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of medical aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other advanced skincare procedures.

Conduct skin analysis and consultations to recommend personalized treatment plans.

Educate clients on skincare routines and medical-grade products.

Maintain accurate treatment records and client charts.

Ensure a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.

Promote packages, services, and retail products to support client needs.

Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Esthetician in a spa or clinic setting.

Certification/Diploma in Medical Aesthetics from a recognized institution.

Proficiency in medical-grade treatments (microneedling, chemical peels, laser, etc.).

Strong knowledge of skin care products and protocols.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Sales experience and ability to promote treatments and retail products.

Must be professional, reliable, and client-oriented.
