- Part-time (working towards full-time); Saturdays required
- North York (10 mins walk or 4 mins bus ride from Don Mills Station)
- Free underground parking available.
- Certificate from a recognized Medical Esthetics training program.
- 1-2 years of skin care experience is considered an asset
- Prior customer service experience (any industry) preferred.
- Comfortable with the use of technology
- Performing multi-modality facials, Biologique Recherche Facials, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Microneedling
- Educating our clients on the best homecare regimen for their skin and keep accurate record-keeping
- Acquire and maintain complete product and treatment knowledge (training provided)
- Conduct consultations and skin analyses
- Perform efficient administrative tasks, appointment scheduling and transaction processing.
- Adhere to clinic cleaning routines, room/treatment set-up, timing, treatment protocol and sanitation standards
- Participating in marketing and social media
- Comfort in marketing one\xe2\x80\x99s services to attract new clients
- Warm and professional appearance and demeanor
- Positive energy
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Responsible and dependable
- Have knowledge of a variety of different modalities
- Have knowledge of AlumierMD, Biologique Recherche
- A self-starter who does not require micromanagement
- Comfortable with learning new client management systems (Jane is an asset)
- Basic understanding of technology
