Account Executive
to help us grow our reach.
Seeking candidates with a proven track record in Medical Device sales - for territories in Canada and USA, particularly those with experience in engaging with extended healthcare professionals.
Job Summary:
The
Account Executive
will play a key role in driving sales performance across an assigned territory while representing the BIOFLEX brand with professionalism and purpose. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and educating potential customers on the value of our technology. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to decision-makers and medical professionals looking to integrate BIOFLEX therapy into their clinics and practices.
Major Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and secure new BIOFLEX clients within the assigned region.
Actively prospect leads through online inquiries, cold outreach, and networking events.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and promoting upsell opportunities.
Conduct business reviews and identify opportunities to expand product usage.
Prepare and present quotes, purchase agreements, and sales documentation.
Deliver virtual or on-site product demonstrations and remote training events.
Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline metrics.
Represent Meditech at trade shows, professional meetings, and industry events.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical Support, and Product teams.
Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
Qualification and Skills:
University degree in Health Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of
1 year of experience in outbound sales
, preferably in B2B or healthcare/medical sectors.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong working knowledge of
Salesforce CRM
and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination, organizational, and time management abilities.
Comfortable with outbound prospecting (email, phone, in-person).
Ability to build rapport with a diverse client base, including clinicians and business owners.
Self-starter with a positive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to travel occasionally for business development or events.
