As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. This role requires proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, and maintaining electronic medical records.
Duties
Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer multi-line phone systems, addressing patient inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Process payments and issue receipts
Support practitioners and assist with daily clinic operations
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
Provide excellent customer service to enhance the client experience
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and staff.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
