What you can expect when joining the team

As a key member of our Medical Billing team, you'll help ensure that every part of the billing cycle runs smoothly--from claim submission to reconciliation. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues, contribute to shared goals, and take ownership of specific files and tasks. What your day-to-day will look like

Submit and process billing claims with speed and accuracy, ensuring all data is entered correctly; Assign and verify diagnostic codes with a strong eye for detail and compliance; Reconcile submitted claims, identifying discrepancies and resolving them proactively; Manage data entry for both paper-based and electronic claims, handling sensitive information with care; Support marketing administration, assisting with ad-hoc tasks and collaborating across teams when needed.

The ability to manage high workloads within a fast-paced environment, while maintaining both efficiency and accuracy; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills; A proactive and action-oriented approach to tackling tasks and challenges; The ability to thrive in working independently, with a high degree of accountability; Rigorous standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive information; A keen eye for detail, ensuring precision and accuracy; Prior experience in the medical field, transcription, or medical administration (strong asset); Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
