Position Overview:
MagGas Medical is looking for a highly skilled and accomplished Medical Air representative. This role involves finding and developing sales opportunities by visiting key hospitals in Ottawa, Kingston, Cornwall, Belleville, and surrounding areas. The representative will focus on promoting the company's products and services to targeted physician clinics, hospitals, sleep clinics, and referral sources. Occasional participation in conferences and meetings is also required, with the ultimate goal of making connections that effectively meet the company's sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Leveraging existing relationships to cultivate new sales opportunities through visits to key hospitals, respirologists, registered respiratory therapists, nurses and Long-Term Care homes. You will also utilize your previous referral network of healthcare professionals.
Promoting company products and services via appointments, drop-ins, and lunch-and-learn sessions, where you will educate clinicians through presentations.
Monitoring competitor activities and submitting weekly intelligence reports.
Collaborating with internal and external partners to meet sales targets.
Facilitating hospital and clinic requests by engaging relevant MagGas stakeholders for ongoing support.
Participating in monthly field visits with your supervisor and weekly team calls.
Maintaining daily CRM notes for targeted accounts.
Assisting in updating and naming key targets within the CRM system.

Experience Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Existing industry relationships and contacts within the assigned geographical territory are essential.
Respirology pharmaceutical experience will be considered.
Pharmaceutical Respirology accreditation is a strong asset.
Post-secondary education completed at an accredited university.
A sales background combined with a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse designation is an asset.
Technical Qualifications:
Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool
To hit the ground running, you will have proficiency in using Google Workspace products (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet)
Experience in communication and collaboration using Slack is a plus
