Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team at Luma. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things skin! Someone who is knowledgeable about laser treatments, micro-needling, chemical peels, therapeutic facials and skin care products all while providing exceptional customer service in a professional setting.

Skills

Able to assess skin types, skin needs + develop effective plans combining in-clinic treatments and at-home medical grade skin care Therapeutic facials, chemical peels, micro needling and laser rejuvenation treatments Sanitize treatment rooms and equipment before and after each procedure Educate clients on pre and post-treatment home care + develop skincare routines with the medical grade products we sell in clinic Assist in retail sales of skincare products Maintain accurate client records using Jane-app Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction Proficient in skin types / conditions and offering treatment recommendations Experience with Pro-Yellow laser or other dermatology lasers is a plus (we will train the right candidate) Creative and engaged in educating on social media platforms is A MUST

Requirements

Certification in Clinical Aesthetics and Lasers from a recognized institution Experience with Sales and Medical-grade skincare products Reliable to commute to and from work Strong attention to detail and can complete tasks in a timely manner
Pay will be discussed based on experience including commission on both treatments AND product sales.
