Medical Aesthetician - Independent Contractor (1 Day/Week)

We are seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our clinic on a contract basis (one day per week). This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a supportive clinical environment with advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced aesthetic treatments with the highest level of safety and client care. Deliver and customize treatments to suit client needs, including: HydraFacial MD Laser Hair Removal Laser Resurfacing Radiofrequency Microneedling (Potenza or Morpheus8) Chemical Peels Document each procedure with accurate charting in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Capture and manage before-and-after photos while adhering to strict privacy and confidentiality standards. Ensure full compliance with medical regulations, infection control, and patient confidentiality (HIPAA or equivalent standards). Provide expert consultation and treatment recommendations to clients. Educate clients on maintainable at-home skincare routines and recommend next treatments for long-term results.
Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics. Proven expertise in all of the treatments listed above (applications will not be considered without this experience). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation. Skilled in capturing and organizing before-and-after treatment photos in line with privacy regulations. Strong ability to recommend tailored skincare regimens and treatment plans. Current licensing/certification as required by state/province. Professional, client-focused approach with the ability to work independently.
Contract Details:

Schedule: 1 day per week (specific day to be agreed upon). Position Type: Independent Contractor. Competitive compensation offered.
