Aesthetic Treatments & Client Care

Perform medical-grade facials, peels, microneedling, and laser treatments. Conduct skincare consultations and recommend suitable homecare products. Provide pre- and post-treatment guidance to clients. Maintain client charts and adhere to treatment documentation standard
Reception & Administrative Support

Greet clients and manage appointment scheduling. Answer phone calls and emails in a professional, welcoming manner. Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate client records. Support daily operations by ensuring treatment rooms are sanitized and stocked.
Marketing & Promotions

Assist with social media content creation and patient education posts. Help coordinate clinic promotions, open houses, and community events. Capture before-and-after photos (with client consent) for marketing use. Maintain a professional and aesthetic clinic presentation aligned with our brand.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in a medical or clinical aesthetics environment Strong knowledge of skincare, anatomy, and facial treatments. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional, team-oriented, and detail-driven attitude.
