As our in-house

Media Content Creator

, you'll be the visual voice behind the brand. You'll work closely with the lead broker and the team to capture, edit, and distribute branded video content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This is a key role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and loves the idea of building a content engine from the inside out.

Key Responsibilities:

Film dynamic video content -- from short-form Reels to branded client stories to educational videos Edit and polish footage into clean, on-brand deliverables with captions, transitions, graphics, etc. Strategize and schedule content across multiple platforms to maximize reach and engagement Create brand-forward video and photo content that reflects the broker's personality and values Capture behind-the-scenes moments, office life, events, and client interactions Collaborate on new creative ideas and trends to stay ahead in the digital space Organize and maintain media files for easy access and reuse

You're A Great Fit If You:

Are a creative self-starter who loves storytelling through video Are confident filming both on-the-go and with professional setups Have strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools) Understand what performs well on social platforms (especially short-form content) Have experience posting and optimizing content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more Are comfortable filming and directing others on camera Have a good eye for branding and detail Photography or graphic design skills

Hours & Compensation:

Starting annual salary $40,000-50,000 Any deals brought in by you will have 25% compensation payout.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dartmouth, NS B3B 1H7
