We currently have an opening for a

Mechanical Technologist

to join our team.

Responsibilities

Interpret engineering drawings, designs, and specifications for the shop floor Perform receiving and QA/QC inspection (and documentation) of inbound and outbound products Assist with shop scheduling and expediting Assist with the release of shop travelers and work orders Kit production parts for fabrication and assembly Generate shipping load plans Review equipment test plans and assist with equipment testing
Qualifications

Mechanical Engineering Technologist diploma (CET or C.Tech) 1-2 years of engineering or manufacturing experience Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; familiarity with GD&T is required Experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks; proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience using basic QC inspection tools (verniers, micrometers, etc.) Versatile, highly motivated self-starter with strong hands-on skills Ability to plan, organize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
