If these values resonate with you, we encourage you to keep reading!We're hiring a Mechanic Lead to join our Hearst Ontario Operations team under the guidance of the Operations Manager. This team is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers.What's in it for you?

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the garage and orderliness of the repairs of all company vehicles;
  • Identify vehicular problems and organizes truck repairs and maintenance;
  • Works closely with the Mechanics on their schedules and job orders to ensure efficiency;
  • Establishes practices to promote improvements and enhance productivity;
  • Inspects trucks and monitors inventory of equipment;
  • Prepares daily work orders.
Our ideal candidate:
  • Post secondary education.
  • Red Seal class A truck and transport certificate.
  • Class G license required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle repairs, mechanics and management.
  • Able to use power and hand tools.
  • Knows how to manage time, can work independently and willing to work on holidays, evenings or weekends if necessary.
