Role & Responsibilities:

Assist with technical assembly and product finishing, including product testing, quality control, packing and labeling Independently manage inventory systems using

Microsoft Power BI

,

Excel

, and internal tracking tools Conduct

engineering-level data analysis

to support manufacturing improvements and product development decisions Draft technical visuals and diagrams using tools such as

AutoCAD

,

SketchUp

, and other

CAD programs

Support prototyping through

CAD/CAM design

in

SolidWorks

, with knowledge of machining processes Develop internal and external

visual communication content

(photos, graphics, documentation) to support brand and product development Create and execute a

content strategy

including blog posts, social media content, and short-form videos for digital platforms Provide

professional photography and video content

from on-site production locations and external job sites Manage digital presence and brand alignment across platforms such as

WordPress

, social media, newsletters, using tools like

Lightroom

and

Canva

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, marketing) Travel to off-site locations as needed to capture field data and content

Required Skills:

Strong background in

mechanical engineering or data analysis

Advanced proficiency in

Power BI, Excel

, and

data modeling

Experience with

AutoCAD

,

SolidWorks

,

SketchUp

, or similar

CAD programs

Skilled in

professional photography

, video editing, and social media storytelling, with experience in

Lightroom

and

Canva

Experience managing digital content on platforms like

WordPress

Proven ability to manage content creation across platforms Demonstrated ability to work independently in both

technical and creative

environments Ability to travel to off-site locations
