Job Description

The Mechanical Engineer II will primarily support early-stage testing of prototypes and may have the opportunity to engage in more product design responsibilities based on workload and expertise.
Responsibilities

• Create test plans and conduct early-stage testing of prototypes.
• Prepare technical write-ups with results from statistical analysis of test outcomes.
• Design test fixtures using SolidWorks.
• Potential to take on additional product design responsibilities based on workload and expertise.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a product development environment.
• Experience with systematic testing and documenting results.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for designing test fixtures.
• Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to testing and work.
• In-depth experience with statistical analysis and its application in testing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with programming or statistical software like Python, Minitab, or MATLAB.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.27/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Vancouver,BC.
