Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer having HVAC knowledge to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and a passion for innovation. This role involves designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components to meet project specifications. The Mechanical Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects from conception through to completion.

Duties

Design and develop mechanical systems and components using CAD software such as SolidWorks and Creo. Conduct system design analysis and simulations to validate performance and reliability. Fabricate prototypes and conduct testing to ensure functionality and adherence to specifications. Utilize MATLAB for data analysis and modeling of mechanical systems. Implement logic controllers in the design process for automation solutions. Collaborate with electrical engineers and other team members to integrate mechanical systems with electronic controls. Document design processes, test results, and project progress in accordance with company standards. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the design, fabrication, or testing phases.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo) is essential. Familiarity with LabView for data acquisition and control applications is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in system design and fabrication techniques. Experience with logic controllers is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
