At Audioscan, we are committed to delivering our customers user-friendly, affordable tools that bring science to the fitting of hearing instruments.Audioscan is looking for a Mechanical Designer/Technical Draftsperson to work in the Hardware Development Team. Primary tasks include the generation of technical drawings from 3D models for manufacturing and production, i.e., assembly drawings, user guides, labels. Additionally, the ideal candidate would be able to lead the design of packaging for sales, shipping, and storage as well as be able to assist in graphic design for marketing, production, and promotional materials.Technical Knowledge - Required

• Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat
• 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD)
• Ability to read, understand, and modify technical drawings

Technical Knowledge - Preferred

• Experience working in packaging design, work with paper corrugate and foam
• Graphic design experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW)
• Work with vendors/manufactures from design through to support
