Dans ce rxc3xb4le, vous supporterez trois types diffxc3xa9rents de Demandes de Modification d'Ingxc3xa9nierie (ECR) : Support de Ligne, Chaxc3xaene d'Approvisionnement, et Qualitxc3xa9, en partenariat avec un Ingxc3xa9nieur Mxc3xa9canique.
Responsabilitxc3xa9s :
Conception Mxc3xa9canique (80%) :

• Concevoir des sous-systxc3xa8mes tels que le support de batterie, le support de moteur, le support de composants xc3xa9lectriques, l'intxc3xa9gration des systxc3xa8mes HVAC, les systxc3xa8mes de sxc3xa9curitxc3xa9, etc.
• Crxc3xa9er des dessins 2D et des conceptions 3D en utilisant le logiciel Inventor.
• Participer aux activitxc3xa9s de dxc3xa9pannage.
• Collaborer avec les ingxc3xa9nieurs et l'xc3xa9quipe de fabrication pour trouver des solutions.
• Effectuer des modifications de conception en utilisant Inventor.

Documentation et Vxc3xa9rification des Pixc3xa8ces (20%) :

• Documenter et vxc3xa9rifier les pixc3xa8ces xc3xa0 la rxc3xa9ception.
• Gxc3xa9rer 2 xc3xa0 3 mandats simultanxc3xa9ment, selon l'ampleur.
• Txc3xa9lxc3xa9charger les modifications de conception dans PLM-La Voute.
• Communiquer avec l'xc3xa9quipe des achats une fois les modifications approuvxc3xa9es pour passer les commandes.
• Coordonner avec l'xc3xa9quipe Qualitxc3xa9 pour l'inspection des rxc3xa9amxc3xa9nagements.

Qualifications :

• DEC en Gxc3xa9nie Mxc3xa9canique
• Minimum 3 ans d'expxc3xa9rience en conception mxc3xa9canique pour le dxc3xa9veloppement de nouveaux produits.
• Expxc3xa9rience prxc3xa9alable en modification de conception.
• Familiaritxc3xa9 avec GD&T et les symboles de soudage.
• Expxc3xa9rience avec Inventor/Autodesk ou SolidWorks.
• Expxc3xa9rience en outillage/conception d'outillage (pixc3xa8ces en txc3xb4le et pixc3xa8ces mxc3xa9cano-soudxc3xa9es) est un atout.

Actalent is looking for a Mechanical Engineer for our client in the transport industry for a long term opportunity in the South Shore.
In this role, you will support three different types of Engineering Change Requests (ECR): Line Support, Supply Chain, and Quality, in partnership with a Mechanical Engineer.
Responsibilities: * Mechanical Design (80%):

• Design sub-systems such as battery support, motor support, electrical components support, HVAC systems integration, safety systems, etc.
• Create both 2D drawings and 3D designs using Inventor software.
• Participate in troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with engineers and the manufacturing team to find solutions.
• Complete design modifications using Inventor.
• Documentation and Parts Verification (20%):

• Document and verify parts upon reception.
• Manage 2 to 3 mandates simultaneously, depending on the scope.
• Upload design modifications to PLM-La Voute.
• Communicate with the purchasing team once modifications are approved to place orders.
• Coordinate with the Quality team for retrofit inspection.

Qualifications:

• DEC in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design for new product development.
• Previous experience in design modification.
• Familiarity with GD&T and welding symbols.
• Experience working with Inventor/Autodesk or SolidWorks..
• Experience in tooling/tooling design (sheet metal parts and mecano-welded parts) is an advantage.
