A Commissioning Agent will perform testing and operational verification of mechanical HVAC systems, water and air. Complete detailed testing paperwork. Organize and host commissioning meetings. Qualifications: At time of applying. \xc2\xb7 Previous Commissioning experience is ideal \xc2\xb7 Two years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the construction industry preferred. \xc2\xb7 Mechanical systems and/or electrical knowledge are preferred. \xc2\xb7 Must be organized and able to self manage \xc2\xb7 Must have basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office programs such as Teams, Excel and Word. \xc2\xb7 Be able to work in a busy and oftentimes demanding environment \xc2\xb7 Be willing to work with ladders and light hand tools \xc2\xb7 Be able to report to various projects throughout the Greater Vancouver area. \xc2\xb7 Must have your own personal transportation. \xc2\xb7 Must live in the Metro Vancouver area \xc2\xb7 Must have a clean criminal record. \xc2\xb7 Be fluent in English (speaking and writing). \xc2\xb7 Good communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and well organized.
