Job Description
Our client, Electrical Manufacturing is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join their team. The ideal candidate will have Hand tools and power tools experience and assembly experience which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mechanical assembler
Location: Milton, On
Pay: $21/hr
Shift time:
Afternoon shift: 1:30pm - 10pm Monday to Friday
What\xe2\x80\x99s the Job?
- Assemble and mount electrical, mechanical and sub-assembly components onto pan, into enclosures, structures etc. by following standard layouts.
- Wire electrical products with basic/standard options as required by following customer drawing packages and schematics
- Wire electrical products with a non-standard option by following customer drawing packages and schematics under the direction of a more experienced Electrical Assembler
- Check for functionality by performing continuity check , e.g., buzzing out
- Previous production/manufacturing experience
- Comfortable using hand tools
- Knowledge/experience with basic wiring schematic symbols is an asset.
- Reliable individuals (attendance is an absolute must!)
- Reliable transportation (not bus accessible)
- Someone who wants to learn and grow with this company
