Position: R & D 3D CAD Designer

We currently have an opportunity for Reach and Development 3D Cad designer - contractor position, with training and paid by experiences and project basis.

Responsibilities:

You will design the Electrical and Mechanical equipment including:

2D and 3D modeling design in AutoCAD, Fusion 360 or invertor is must Design, develop and manufacturing implementation of MCCB, Transformer, Kiosk. Design, develop and manufacturing implementation of CSA or UL accepted electrical enclosure, cabinet, other electrical equipment, and etc. Support manufacturing implementation of products through design for manufacturing and design for assembly Support senior engineer to design building power distribution and lighting system Ability to travel to manufacturer's site for coordination and supervision Electrical and mechanical manufacturing background is preferred

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in AutoCad and 3D software - Fusion 360 or invertor Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing area Experience in electrical enclosure/cabinet design/service entry equipment is a plus Good knowledge of Canadian electrical codes and UL standards Ability to design independently and coordinate with all respects. Good knowledge of other industry and regulatory standards and design criteria is a plus. Proficiency in a variety of standard engineering methods and techniques.

Strong technical and design skills. Ability to timely identify and resolve issues. Attention to details and accuracy. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
