At Setpoint, we offer exclusive hands-on training in
transport refrigeration

not available to the public
.
Whether you're a mechanic looking to specialize, or someone with a strong mechanical aptitude who's eager to learn, this is your chance to build a
career in a trade that's always in demand, but rarely taught
What Makes Us Different from HVAC or Trailer Shops
We don't just fix things. We
specialize
in something schools don't teach--
transport refrigeration
.
Here's how we stand out:
? Not Traditional HVAC
No rooftop units or building systems.
No trade school or Red Seal path required.
You won't be one of hundreds of grads competing for the same HVAC jobs.
? Not Your Typical Trailer Shop
We don't perform trailer overhauls, fix brakes, or rebuild suspensions.
Our work goes beyond mechanical--it involves
diesel, electrical, and refrigeration systems
all in one.

with the most widely used refrigerated transport and heater systems in the industry.
Brand-certified training programs
