Kryos is Hiring: Mechanic - Team Leader in Service

passionate team leader

for our Service Department in Mississauga.

Your Role:

Under the supervision of the Service Manager and in collaboration with our technical advisors, you will be the backbone of the team. You will supervise our technicians and be ready to roll up your sleeves to support them in the repair and maintenance of refrigerated trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure technicians' work is done correctly and on time Track ongoing projects and keep technical advisors informed Plan and assign repairs and maintenance tasks Support the team on the field: Service calls and workshop interventions Installation, repair, and commissioning of refrigeration systems Leak tests, refrigerant recharges, calibration, and routine maintenance Assembly and installation of refrigeration components (pumps, compressors, gauges, etc.)
