Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be capable of performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment. Duties

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on machinery and equipment Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure optimal operation Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical components Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed Assist with installation of new equipment and upgrades Follow safety protocols and ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and reduce downtime

Experience

Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role involving mechanical systems Strong mechanical knowledge of various machinery and equipment Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc. Experience with power tools including drills, grinders, and impact wrenches is preferred Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
