Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ticketed Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Construction equipment repair and maintenance, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Our Mechanic will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing organization, communicate effectively, help in all areas as needed.

Duties

Diagnose and repair: engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks Utilize schematics to understand internal systems and troubleshoot problems Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Conduct heavy lifting as required for various repair tasks Assemble components and parts as needed during repairs Work as apart of a team, or independently Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency Ability to shift focus, if needed elsewhere temporarily

Experience

Previous mechanic experience ; Heavy equipment, auto, small engine Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform complex repairs Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Experience with welding is a plus but not mandatory Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
