What you'll do:

Ensure prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service while maintaining (and striving to improve): Merchandising, Marketing, Team Member Relations, Health & Safety Provide leadership to within the department, including goal setting, performance management, training & development, and recruitment Motivating and engaging the team while managing department operations that meet or exceed budgeted goals Live Our Brand

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:


One year of leadership experience in a retail environment; experience within the CRS and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience You are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most while recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
