We have opportunities for hard working, enthusiastic and reliable people just like you.Key Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the day to day management of all aspects of the meat department budgets are met through efficient operation of the Front end.\xc2\xb7 Champion and exemplify exceptional customer service and satisfaction through consistent application of store processes and standards\xc2\xb7 Consistently ensure service counters \xe2\x80\x98wow\xe2\x80\x99 the customer; execute standards to offer an exceptionally presentable department with a reputation for freshness and quality\xc2\xb7 Train, coach and motivate employees to maintain a strong sense of productivity and engagement\xc2\xb7 Maintain the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness, ensure all safe food-handling practices are adhered to at all times\xc2\xb7 Provide direction and support to front end staff as necessary.\xc2\xb7 Adhere to company standards and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.\xc2\xb7 Available to work minimum 2 (two) nights including weekends.\xc2\xb7 Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements\xc2\xb7 Three (3) to Five (5) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience and a sound working knowledge of the Meat Department.\xc2\xb7 Must be available to work a minimum of 2 (two) nights including weekends\xc2\xb7 Previous management/leadership experience in the retail industry is an asset.\xc2\xb7 Courses in merchandising or business management would be an asset.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.\xc2\xb7 Systems skills (Email, SAP, and P.C. applications)Our commitment to Sustainability and Social Impact is an essential part of the way we do business, and we focus our attention on areas where we can have the greatest impact.
