Now we're looking for a skilled and reliable Meat Clerk / Butcher to join our Commissary team at our Railside location.

What you'll do

Cut, trim, and prepare meats and poultry according to company standards Package and label products accurately for retail and prepared foods teams Ensure all items meet food safety and quality control standards Rotate stock, maintain accurate inventory, and minimize waste Maintain clean and sanitized workstations, tools, and equipment Assist with receiving and storing deliveries Work closely with kitchen and deli teams to fulfill internal orders

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a butcher, meat clerk, or in food preparation is an asset Knowledge of safe meat-handling and sanitation procedures Strong attention to detail and product presentation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Dependable, organized, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

All entry-level retail and kitchen roles begin at minimum wage ($17.60/hr). Pay is negotiable based on experience.
