Job Description


As Rally\'s Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) Regional Sales Representative, you will build relationships and promote our residential and wireless services within our MDU Segment. Our ideal candidate will build relationships, generate leads, create and implement sales plans, and have accountability for their assigned territory.
In this role, you will be an integral part the Rally Sales Team, selling RALLY TV, Internet, and Phone services while educating clients on new promotions and ensuring that Rally products and services are presented to all prospective residents of the building.
The successful candidate will be required to develop strategies to grow and densify our portfolio by building and maintaining solid relationships. This candidate will also be required to navigate conversations with Property Management Companies and Board Members of Condo Corporations across the Greater Calgary Market. Strong presentation skills and a Driver\'s License are required.
The team is seeking individuals who are self-motivated, results-driven and enthusiastic about providing customers the best customer experience and products available on the market.
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct formal and informal presentations to industry executives, senior managers and building decision makers
  • Cold calling and finding prospective clients online.
  • Liaise with multiple internal Rally teams, in addition to external vendors and clients to process required documents and customer requests
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to develops strategic sales opportunities
  • Organizing Lobby Events in our existing portfolio and representing the brand in-lobby marketing
  • Distribute marketing materials, perform sales presentations/demonstrations of RALLY services.
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of telecom industry products, services, fees and offerings.
  • Create and nurture a relationship with new and existing RALLY clients.
  • Expand branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives that will assist with sales.
  • Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to RALLY brand and corporate standards.
  • Work with Property Managers to identify and develop sales opportunities within the RALLY client base.
  • Provide shift reports of the number of interactions, types of conversations and main obstacles to sale.
  • Report to Manager for support, expansion, and feedback.
  • Utilize RALLY client portal to add new clients and update existing client accounts.
  • Responsibly handle credit card information as per RALLY security training.
  • Measure marketing campaign performance and report any feedback regarding conversations with clients, feedback on offers, etc.
  • Prepare, submit, and schedule orders in a timely manner
  • Act as a liaison to resolve customer concerns
  • Meet with our team weekly to strategize, track goals, and report on sales and marketing campaign results
  • Remain current on Rally promotions, offer changes, new products, and services
  • Other duties as required.

Critical Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of business development/account management/B2C experience
  • Strong sales skills, particularly in relationship development, account management and portfolio management
  • Previous Telco Experience in residential marketing preferred
  • Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License with daily access to a vehicle is mandatory
  • Experience in the residential condo or rental market is an asset
  • Extensive knowledge competitor services in the residential MDU landscape
  • Strong interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\x93 team player who enjoys a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Detail oriented with analytical mindset
  • Confident presentation style with ability to connect with diverse audiences
  • Comfortable with Microsoft suite of products including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is preferred, but not required
  • Work experience in Business Development/Sales/Marketing
  • Post-secondary Business degree is preferred
  • Schedule Flexibility \xe2\x80\x93 occasional attendance at evening condo board meetings
