Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the

Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

,

Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS)

is responsible for managing the base business and seeking growth opportunities with customers within the defined territory and product

portfolios in Acute Care across Ontario and Quebec.





The successful candidate will execute on the

go-to-market strategy

to achieve both customer and BD Canada goals ensuring positive customer relationships are established and maintained with key decision makers and influencers including but not limited to

Nurses, Materials Management and Hospital Management.



Job Responsibilities:



Achieve and manage sales target through the effective management of BD's base business and growth opportunities for responsible product portfolios in the territory Develop a pipeline of opportunities and business plan for the territory Develop and implement strategic plans by working with members of the sales, marketing and clinical teams as well as maximize hospital contracts within the assigned territory. Manage and negotiate product validations, conversions, and sustainability plans. Translate the strategic marketing and sales plans into account-specific plans by leveraging the product value propositions to achieve targeted sales and growth. Work closely with the MDS Marketing and Clinical teams to provide clinical end users with technical and best practice solutions. Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers and committees within hospitals in the territory. Ensure a high degree of awareness for the portfolio to all hospitals, within assigned territory. Become the customer subject matter expert to deliver win/win solutions. Lead account planning initiatives (forecasting, funnel management, sales process rigor, strategic planning calls). RFP execution of the Pre, During and Post phases. With a thorough understanding of the customer and the portfolios, represent our value propositions to customer base within the territory. Maintain sales data and records within the territory to understand market trends. Uncover and share competitive intel and market insights. Effectively manage selling expenses. Adhere to all Company policies and procedures. All other duties as required.

Education and Experience required:



2+ years successful sales or marketing experience with demonstrated results. University or college degree. Bilingual in English and French (read, write, speak).

Strong listening and assessment skills Strong questioning and problem-solving skills+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to handle and drive multiple projects, work under deadlines and manage change Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills required in a variety of presentation settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, and with senior leadership. Proven ability to establish goals, set clear expectations, prioritize activities and follow-through with timely execution in a cross-functional team environment Ability to work independently. Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. Adept with CRMs, specifically Salesforce.com Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Analyzes data to make informed decisions and strategies. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. Takes initiative, perseveres even in the face of obstacles and demonstrated passion for what they do. Candidate must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications:

Physical Demands and Work Environment:



Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including overnight travel. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a past clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years, as well as meet BD's auto safety standards. Frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend events. This may involve driving long distances or flying. Extended periods of standing and walking during client visits, trade shows, and presentations. Occasionally lifting and carrying promotional materials, product samples, and equipment, which can weigh up to 25 pounds. Prolonged sitting while driving or working at a desk. Using hands to operate computers, phones, and other office equipment. Reading and analyzing reports, presentations, and market data. Clear verbal communication with clients and team members, which may involve speaking for extended periods.

Le/la

Representant(e) bilingue des ventes internes

mettra en oeuvre la strategie de mise en marche afin d'atteindre les objectifs des clients et de BD Canada, tout en veillant a etablir et maintenir des relations positives avec les principaux decideurs et influenceurs, notamment

les infirmier(ere)s, les responsables de la gestion des materiaux et les gestionnaires hospitaliers.



Responsabilites du poste :



Atteindre et gerer les objectifs de vente grace a une gestion efficace des affaires existantes et des opportunites de croissance pour les portefeuilles de produits assignes dans le territoire. Developper un pipeline d'opportunites et un plan d'affaires pour le territoire. Elaborer et mettre en oeuvre des plans strategiques en collaboration avec les equipes de vente, de marketing et cliniques, tout en maximisant les contrats hospitaliers dans le territoire assigne. Gerer et negocier les validations de produits, les conversions et les plans de perennite. Traduire les plans strategiques de marketing et de vente en plans specifiques aux comptes en tirant parti des propositions de valeur des produits pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et de croissance. Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les equipes Marketing et Cliniques MDS pour fournir aux utilisateurs cliniques des solutions techniques et de bonnes pratiques. Etablir, developper et entretenir des relations solides avec les principaux decideurs, influenceurs et comites au sein des hopitaux du territoire. Assurer une forte visibilite de la gamme de produits aupres de tous les hopitaux du territoire designe. Devenir l'expert en la matiere aupres de la clientele afin de proposer des solutions benefiques pour tous. Diriger les initiatives de planification des comptes (previsions, gestion de l'entonnoir, rigueur du processus de vente, appels de planification strategique). Executer les appels d'offres pour les phases preliminaires, en cours et posterieures. Grace a une comprehension approfondie de la clientele et des assortiments, presenter nos propositions de valeur a la clientele de la region. Tenir a jour les donnees et les registres de vente du territoire afin de comprendre les tendances du marche. Decouvrir et partager des donnees concurrentielles et des analyses de marche. Gerer efficacement les frais lies a la vente. Respecter toutes les politiques et les procedures de l'entreprise. Effectuer toute autre tache requise.

Education et Experience requises :



2 ans d'experience dans le domaine de la vente ou du marketing avec des resultats averes. Diplome universitaire ou collegial. Bilinguisme anglais-francais (lecture, ecriture, expression orale).

Connaissances et competences requises :



Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en presentation. Excellentes capacites d'ecoute et d'evaluation. Solides competences en matiere de questionnement et de resolution de problemes. Excellentes competences organisationnelles et souci du detail. Capacite averee a gerer et mener a bien plusieurs projets, a respecter les delais et a gerer le changement. Excellentes aptitudes a la communication orale et ecrite et a la presentation dans divers contextes : entretiens individuels, petits et grands groupes, avec des pairs et avec la haute direction. Capacite averee a etablir des objectifs, a definir des attentes claires, a hierarchiser les activites et a assurer leur execution dans les delais impartis au sein d'une equipe interfonctionnelle. Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome. Maitrise des outils Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook et Teams. Maitrise des outils de GRC, notamment Salesforce.com. Capacite a definir les problemes et a elaborer des solutions efficaces. Analyser les donnees afin de prendre des decisions eclairees et d'elaborer des strategies. Qualifications souhaitees :



Experience dans la vente a distance souhaitee. La maitrise de SAP ou JDE est un atout. La maitrise des outils de GRC, notamment Salesforce.com, est souhaitable.

Exigences physiques et Environnement de travail



Capacite a voyager jusqu'a 20 % du temps, y compris pour des deplacements avec nuitee. Doit posseder et maintenir un permis de conduire valide et un dossier de conduite propre pendant au moins 3 ans, ainsi que respecter les normes de securite automobile de BD. Deplacements frequents dans le territoire designe pour rencontrer des clients et assister a des evenements. Il peut s'agir de longs trajets en voiture ou en avion. Longues periodes debout et en marchant lors des visites chez les clients, des salons professionnels et des presentations. Soulever et transporter occasionnellement du materiel promotionnel, des echantillons de produits et de l'equipement pouvant peser jusqu'a 25 lbs (11,3 kgs). Position assise prolongee pendant la conduite ou le travail a un bureau. Se servir de ses mains pour utiliser des ordinateurs, des telephones et d'autres dispositifs de bureau. Lire et analyser des rapports, des presentations et des donnees sur le marche. Communication verbale claire avec les clients et les membres de l'equipe, pouvant necessiter de parler pendant de longues periodes.
