Position: Security Guard

Site: Max Aicher North America

City: Hamilton, ON.

Status: Part-Time

Hours: Saturdays (0600-1800 hrs.)

Pay Rate: $17.25/hr.

Job Skills / Requirements

Position Overview:

The Security Guard is responsible for the overall protection of all property and client assets at the assigned facility. The Security Guard is expected to represent Paladin Security Group as well as the facility they are assigned to.

Essential Job Functions:

• Weigh scale operations
• Greeting all employees, contracts, and visitors.
• Following client procedures in relation to directing contractors and visitors onto the property.
• Covid Screening all employees, contractors, and visitors before entering the property.
• General Customer Service Duties.
• Any additional duties and assignments as requested.

Requirements:

• A valid Ontario Security License
• Ability to operate client\xe2\x80\x99s complex computer systems and software.
• Proficient in English (Verbal and Written)
• Strong critical thinking and customer service skills.

Successful completion of the following requirements provided by Paladin are mandatory prior to placement: * Management of Aggressive Behavior

• Use of Force
• Report Writing
• Additional courses as assigned.

• Additional courses as assigned.

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma/GED

Certification Requirements (All)

Valid Ontario Security License
Valid Certification in First Aid, CPR and AED
