Duties

Develop and maintain robust web applications using frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, React, Express, and .NET to deliver seamless user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to plan, design, and implement new features aligned with business goals. Build and optimize RESTful APIs to facilitate efficient data exchange between services and external systems. Manage IT infrastructure components on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability and security. Write clean, efficient code in languages including JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, C++, C, VBA, and SQL for various application development projects. Utilize version control tools such as GitHub, Git, SVN for source code management and collaboration. Conduct testing and debugging across Linux and Windows environments to ensure software reliability. Implement security best practices like RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) to safeguard sensitive data and system resources. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.

Experience

Proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of web development frameworks like Ruby on Rails and React Express. Hands-on experience working with cloud services such as AWS or Azure for deploying scalable applications. Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and integration techniques for connecting diverse systems. Solid knowledge of databases including MySQL, SQL Server, or other relational databases; experience with SQL query optimization is a plus. Proficiency in front-end development technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks. Experience working within Agile methodologies to deliver iterative project milestones efficiently. Knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as Linux servers, virtualization tools, and network security protocols. Exposure to application development in multiple programming languages like Java, C#, C++, Python or VBA is advantageous.
