Key Responsibilities
Teach and inspire students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 through engaging, interactive online lessons.
Assess and grade student work accurately and provide constructive feedback.
Support curriculum development and content enhancement for our K-12 online math program.
Analyze student performance data to inform instructional decisions.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with parents and collaborate with the MathProject team to ensure student success.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong foundation in mathematics and the ability to simplify concepts across grade levels.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Professional, reliable, and motivated to make a difference in students' learning.
Prior teaching or tutoring experience is an asset but not required -- comprehensive training provided.
Academic excellence (grade A or higher) in high school and university-level math courses (Unofficial or official transcripts required).*

Compensation & Commitment
Hourly Rate:
$18-$22/hour (based on experience and performance)
Schedule:
1-2 weekdays (4 PM-9 PM EST) and Saturdays (9 AM-4 PM EST) Minimum 10-12 hours per week for at least 2 years*
Work Setup:
Remote (Canada-based) -- requires a functional laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection. In addition, a tablet and stylus are recommended but not required.*
