Job Description
Overview
We are seeking two passionate and dedicated teachers to join our in-person tutoring/teaching team:
- AMC or Waterloo contest Tutoring experiences;
We are not simply looking for math tutors, but for passionate educators committed to fostering a mathematical mindset in young learners, igniting their curiosity, and strengthening their logical reasoning skills. Beyond helping students find the right answers, this role focuses on equipping them with the tools to think like mathematicians. Educators will also support learners in navigating provincial curricula and math content spanning from elementary to high school levels.
As a Coach/tutor, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for the students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to help students achieve their educational goals.
Qualifications
? Math or Science or relevant degree;
? High School teaching experiences;
? Math Competition experience
