We have launched into construction automation, developing new automation tools and robotic systems to create one-of-a-kind residential structures. Summary
Primary Responsibilities - Materials Operator
Measure, handle, stage, and transport materials for production and construction activities
Organize materials and manage inventory to support daily operations
Operate & maintain production & construction equipment (eg. Forklift, pumps, and other construction equipment (training provided)
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Secondary Responsibilities - Automation & Technical Support
Assist with data collection, testing, and documentation
Support automation systems and robotic equipment during setup and operation
Monitor equipment performance and report issues
General Duties
Follow all safety procedures and complete required training
Cleaning & Maintenance Activities of Additive Concrete Equipment
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions as required
Assist with general labour activities as needed to support the team
What We're Looking For
Required
Strong work ethic, mechanically inclined & curious
Comfortable lifting up to
50 lbs
and performing physical work
Willing to work outdoors and in varying conditions
Travel to various construction sites
Varying work hours when required
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience in
construction, concrete, or industrial environments
Forklift or equipment operation experience (training provided if not)
Growth-Oriented Qualities
Interest in
automation, robotics, or new construction technologies
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
Desire to grow into an
Automation Technician
role over time
