Materials ManagerSeeking a proactive and detail-oriented Materials Manager to take on independent responsibility for material and logistics planning, inventory planning, release management, and forecasting. This role involves direct management of process/manufacturing engineers, collaboration with quality engineers and inspectors to maintain high standards, and leading a team in materials planning and plant procurement. The ideal candidate will also focus on continuous improvement plans, develop analytical tools for inventory optimization, provide expertise in ERP and inventory management, and train personnel in relevant compliance and safety standards.Hard Skills

Work EnvironmentThis manager will report directly to the plant manager, overseeing a team including a Process Engineering Lead, planning team members, and warehouse staff across two plants.Requirements

• 5+ years experience in an automotive environment
