Our client which specializes in manufacturing and distributing equipment both in Canada and in the US is looking to staff for 2 qualified and experienced Labourers to focus on Material handling, shipping receiving and order picking. This is a permanent role to start asap.

The client is located in Iber Rd in Stittsville

Rate: 19.00 ...

Shift: 9am - 5pm - when in training for 3 months; 9:30 - 6:00 - regular shift; some weekends only IF needed - 42.5 hour weeks

Responsibilities
Loading and unloading delivery trucks
Arranging all materials on the skids and preparing them to be placed in the racks
Picking orders using a scanning gun
Inputting orders in the system
Taking inventory and tracking materials
Operating a Reach forklift (training and certification on-site will be provided)
Lifting material and boxes
Other General labour roles as needed

Qualifications
Must have experience in Material handling
must be comfortable lifting constantly and moving
Willing to operate a Reach Forklift (training will be provided)
Must have experience working in a warehouse
Team player and is able to work closely with a team
