Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.POSITION OVERVIEWThis person is accountable for retrieving raw material from home locations and delivering it to assembly lines/presses in order to meet production as well as delivering finished goods to the warehouse.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts all responsibilities in a safe manner, adhering to Dortec safety standards/rules at all times
• Fulfill orders by packaging necessary materials and preparing them for shipment
• Store materials in appropriate areas
• Manage and catalogue inventory with consistently updated records
• Operate Industrial Sit-Down and Reach type forklift and ensure it is in good working order
• Track inventory levels and make recommendations for purchases when supply is low
• Organizes line changeovers in advance and returns all parts and or containers, which are not used, back to the warehouse home locations.

• Ability to stand for 8 hours, with repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting (up to 50lbs)

• Back up the Shipper/Receiver
• Assists with other areas and performs other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• No educational requirement
• Less than 1 year of work-related experience
• Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.) equivalency preferred
• Familiar with keyboard and computers
• Previous Forklift and Crane Operator experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year manufacturing experience preferred
