Job Description

Responsible while driving a forklift to safely transport products throughout all departments and replenishing raw materials for injection production. Assists and coordinates with supervisors regarding set ups and operations of molding machines. Responsible for the replenishing of work areas. Responsible for following and complying with all Good Manufacturing Practices and the Food Safety & Quality System to ensure control of all the food safety hazards established by the company. Material movements and refill cardboards/bags Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on all equipment and tools. Mark, record, and report defective products and equipment. Maintain a clean working area free from dirt and debris between tasks and at the end of the day. Communicate with supervisor, lead hands, maintenance to ensure the production is stocked in products as needed. Replenish color and color change and cleaning of color spills on the machines. Help in inventory count. Refilling manual gaylord material on the machines and emptying gaylords Bring skids from the warehouse for Gasket, Handling, Repacking, IML label.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a material handler, warehouse associate or similar position Experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g., Forklifts, pallet jacks) Strong communication skills Dexterity and attention to detail Organizational skills Ability to meet the physical demands of the job. License to operate forklifts. Availability to occasionally work overtime Good reading and verbal communication skills are required. High school diploma
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.94-$23.94 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
